It's time for Spring Cleaning and Back to Basics. We will review the Four Noble Truths and The Three Characteristics of Existence once again and apply them to everyday experiences. This will be a great opportunity for new attendees to learn the basics and for veteran practitioners to deepen their practice and incorporate these teachings fully into their response to life. As always, there will be presentation, meditation and discussion led by Alan Oliver.
